Day-by-day itinerary

1. D1

   Arrive Kathmandu

   Airport pickup, trek briefing, last gear shopping in Thamel.

   Thamel boutique, Kathmandu Dinner

2. D2

   Fly to Lukla, trek to Phakding

   Early mountain flight, 3-hr easy walk down to Phakding.

   Teahouse, Phakding Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner

3. D3

   Phakding → Namche Bazaar

   Cross the Hillary suspension bridges, climb to Namche at 3,440 m.

4. D4

   Acclimatise in Namche

   Day hike to Everest View Hotel, museum visit, rest afternoon.

5. D5

   Namche → Tengboche

   Rhododendron trail to the famous Tengboche monastery.

6. D6

   Tengboche → Dingboche

   Descend to Deboche, climb through Pangboche to Dingboche valley.

7. D7

   Acclimatise in Dingboche

   Nagarjun Hill hike for Island Peak views.

   Dingboche → Lobuche

   Thukla Pass memorials, arrive Lobuche by afternoon.

   EBC day

   Trek to Gorak Shep, push on to Everest Base Camp (5,364 m).

10. D10

    Kala Patthar → Pheriche

    Sunrise at 5,545 m, descend to Pheriche.

    Pheriche → Namche

    Long descent day back to Namche comforts and bakeries.

    Namche → Lukla, fly KTM

    Final walk to Lukla, afternoon flight to Kathmandu. Celebration dinner.
